I provide continuous, one-on-one support throughout your labor and delivery — in hospital, birth center, or at home. From early labor through the first hours after birth, I'm by your side offering comfort measures, emotional encouragement, and advocacy so you can focus on bringing your baby earthside.

Postpartum Care

Newborn Care
Bringing a new baby home is overwhelming and beautiful all at once. I provide hands-on newborn care support — teaching you soothing techniques, safe sleep practices, and how to read your baby's cues — so you feel confident and connected from day one.

Everything You Want to Know
What exactly does a doula do?+
A doula is a trained birth and postpartum professional who provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support. Unlike a midwife or OB, a doula doesn't perform medical tasks — instead, I focus entirely on you: your comfort, your confidence, and your experience.
Do you work with all birth plans?+
Absolutely. I support all birth choices — medicated or unmedicated, vaginal or cesarean, hospital, birth center, or home. My role is to support your vision, not impose my own.
When should I hire a doula?+
The earlier the better! Many clients book in the first or second trimester. This gives us time to build a relationship, create a birth plan together, and ensure I'm available for your due date.
Does insurance cover doula services?+
Some HSA/FSA accounts and select insurance plans do cover doula services. I'm happy to provide a receipt for reimbursement. I also offer payment plans — reach out and we'll find something that works for you.
